The Code of Conduct at the VW Group was created to be a signpost that includes basic principles of operation and support in overcoming legal and ethical challenges.

The Code of Conduct is intra-group guidelines that apply to all our employees and members of various bodies, for compliance with which everyone is equally responsible.

The basis for Compliance activities at Sitech Sp. z o.o. are:

  2. Organizational guidelines, such as:
    The Group's directive on gratification and avoidance of conflicts of interest and corruption in SITECH Sp. z o.o.
  3. Verification of integrity and credibility of business partners
  4. Volkswagen Group Whistleblower System

As a part of the Volkswagen Group and in order to ensure greater transparency of its operations, SITECH Sp. z o.o. was obliged to publish a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement in accordance with the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015).
