Participating in Tech-Days, shows and other sales and marketing activitiesconducting sales and revenue planning, as well as market and competitive analysis for targeted customersoverseeing receivables management, including plausibility checks and negotiationsmanaging commercial aspects of change processes during implementation and series production phasesreviewing legal contracts and leading commercial negotiations in coordination with corporate legal advisorsexecuting price negotiations and handling claims and receivables managementensuring system maintenance (e.g., ESL, INCA) in collaboration with customers Your qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related fieldIndustry Experience: extensive professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on interior systemsSales & Project Management: 5–7+ years of experience in international sales within the automotive interior segmentOEM & Tier-1 Expertise: Proven track record managing OEM projects, working with Tier-1 suppliers, and overseeing launch activitiesProduct Lifecycle Knowledge: strong understanding of product development, start-of-production processes, and full product lifecycle management.Commercial & Operational Skills: extensive knowledge of cost, time, and resource planning; KPI management; global sales strategies; pricing; contract law; and commercial terms.Cost breakdown, cost analysis (calculation), business plan development, process knowledge (manufacturing).Problem-solving, assertiveness, ability to work under pressureBusiness Development: experience driving strategic market growth, including joint ventures and third-party business models.Mobility: willingness to travel extensively.
