The plant produces metal frames for car seats. State-of-the-art welding and painting equipment, as well as a press shop, ensure a high level of performance, which is a benchmark on the international stage. In Polkowice, as a centre of competence, prototypes are built and our own seat frames are developed.

The Wrocław office, as a branch of the headquarters in Polkowice, was originally established as an engineering office for the Design Construction Department and for the cooperation with the Wrocław University of Technology. Currently, the office is used by the engineering area and has, in addition, the function of an extra open shared workspace with the possibility to book hot desks by all Brose Sitech employees who would like to work from Wrocław.

The plant produces seats and components. Seat parts for cars of such brands as Audi, Škoda and Volkswagen are manufactured. The planned modern technology will also be based on the work of robots, welding machines and own paint shop.

The plant produces complete seats for the new Volkswagen Crafter and Tayron in the Just-in-Sequence (JIS) system (delivering the product on time and in the right order to the production line).

At the largest European seat factory in Wolfsburg, around 1,600 employees produce up to 3,800 complete seat sets ("carsets") for the Volkswagen Golf, Tiguan, Tayron and Touran models every day. 

At the Brose Sitech site in Emden, around 600 employees manufacture the carsets as well as cockpits for the ID. 7 and ID. 4.

At the Brose Sitech site in Coburg, our engineering team provides development of seat frames, cooperating closely with Brose departments at the same campus.

At the Anhui plant, complete seats and seat frames for the Cupra Tavascan and Volkswagen ID. Unyx models are built wall-to-wall and delivered just-in-sequence to the customer.

At the factory in Shanghai, around 520 employees produce carsets and seat frames for the Volkswagen Tiguan and Audi A5 and A7, among others. 

The plant officially started production at the beginning of 2005 and produces structures for seat systems. It is located on the premises of the Brose CZ plant in Ostrava with a total production area of 5,000 m². It supplies products for seat systems to Germany, Hungary, Poland, China, Czechia and Slovakia for the entire Volkswagen Group.

The plant in Palmela assembles complete car seats for the Volkswagen T-Roc just-in-sequence and with the highest quality standards. 

At our location in Pune, a team of experts supports our central engineering and IT functions in Europe.

The headquarters of the Proseat Group brings together central corporate functions such as research and development, sales and program management, and procurement.

With a deep experience and knowledge in the production of polyurethane and being always one step ahead with a focus on automation, the team in Espelkamp produces parts for Volkswagen modells Golf 8, ID.7 and many others.

In the only EPP plant of the group, parts for car seats, car interior, bumper support and battery protection for customers such as Volkswagen, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Ford and Tesla are produced.

The Mladá Boleslav plant manufactures soft and rigid foam for Tier 1 suppliers such as Magna, Lear, Forvia, Adient, Magyar Toyo Seat, Mubea and OEM customers such as Skoda, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, Seat, Suzuki and Stellantis. 

The Santpedor plant supplies car seat foam parts, small foam parts and headrests for a number of modells of brands such as Volkswagen, Seat, Cupra and Audi. 

The Bielsko-Biała plant provides headrests, armrests and side bolsters to customers such as Volkswagen and BMW, that meet the highest standards in terms of comfort, ergonomics, safety and functionality.
