Our programme „I Am Safe on the Road”

Building a socially responsible attitude was the foundation for Brose Sitech's creation of the "I Am Safe on the Road" project - an educational and awareness campaign about safe car travel.

The initiative is aimed at children from primary schools (grades 1-3) and kindergardens. The program includes a talk about safe travel and practical exercises on how to properly fasten seat belts.

Our programme "Christmas Tree Action"

The Christmas Tree Campaign involves fulfilling the wishes of children and elderly individuals whom Santa Claus does not reach with presents. Children and elderly individuals from institutions selected by Brose Sitech are tasked with writing letters to Santa Claus, which are then hung on the company Christmas tree and made available virtually on the intranet. Employees then take on the role of Santa Claus, preparing the gifts indicated in the letters and presenting them during an official event.

Cooperation with schools and universities

The dual education system combines theoretical learning with practical vocational training. Understanding the needs of the labor market, Brose Sitech has implemented dual education at both the vocational school and higher education levels. Students gain practical experience in a real work environment, which better prepares them for their careers. For Brose Sitech, this means access to potential employees with the right skills and experience, which in turn can lead to increased efficiency and innovation within the company.
