Your tasks
  • Lead project core team from cross function to make sure project launch smoothly from kickoff till SOP and project handover to the plant.
  • Full responsible for project KPI including ROS/ROCE, and project budget control including investment, tooling cost and project cost.
  • Lead acquisition team for acquisition project from RFQ till project award, including the cost calculation, quote approval.
  • Lead the launch team to have monthly launch review in the plant, make smooth handover including the training to the plant.
  • Ensure excellent communication between local teams/customer and global teams, main contact and responsible to customer with support from sales, PE, QU.
  • Involve in the yearly business plan
  • Create project report including project schedule, technical topic, commercial KPI and present it to management in China and HQ.
  • Analyze current product cost structure and component cost details. Create cost reduction measures and define target costs for the upcoming years, together with the global team.
  • Lead project related escalations and ensure necessary actions are defined and realized.
  • Coordination of project team from different departments and central functions for general product topics such as localization, target cost, supplier and production capacity, VAVE, benchmark activities.
Your qualifications
  • 10 y working experience on automotive industry.
  • 5 y working experience on project management of automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good technical problem solving ability.
  • Familiar with design principles in automotive Industry
  • Good knowledge of material technology, manufacturing methods and commercial logic.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methods.
  • Confidence, clear and logic thinking, good sense of responsibility, patient and can work independently and stand with high pressure
