Your tasks

1. Management reporting and financial planning:

Prepare management reports, deviation analyses and monitor key financial indicators.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial performance and support business decisions.

Develop tools for analysis, forecasting and reporting.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data within the organization.

Your qualifications

you are willing/ready to work 2x a week in the Polkowice office,
you have a university degree in finance, accounting or economics,
you have at least 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (experience in an international environment is welcome),
you are comfortable communicating in English,
you have experience working with financial systems (e.g. SAP or others),
you have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data,
you are proactive, communicative and able to work with teams at different levels of the organization.
