Your tasks

operate, supervise and monitor machine operation to produce components of high complexity,
inspect manufactured components,
coordinate the process (changeovers),
remove ongoing malfunctions and defects in accordance with the requirements of safety regulations,
cooperate with all professional groups in the department to ensure the quality of welded, clinched and welded parts and maintain production continuity,
perform maintenance, overhaul of machinery and equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan,
resolve complex quality and technical problems,
provide own ideas for improvement and preventive measures.

Your qualifications

you have a secondary technical education,
you have min. year of experience in a similar position,
you have SEP E1, VT1 (VT2 is welcome),
you have a working knowledge of SAP PM/MM, MS Office systems (Simatic Manager, WinCC flixible at the level of diagnostics, Cognex DataMan Software, Technifor T500W is welcome),
you have the ability to think analytically, reading electrical documentation and technical drawing,
you have a working knowledge of sensorics, electro-pneumatics and hydraulics, and have the ability to operate operator panels and knowledge of safety systems,
you are accurate, independent, responsible, creative and communicative, and have the ability to work in a team.
