Cooperation agreement between Polkowice School Complex and Brose Sitech launched

Polkowice. On January 10, 2025, an official signing of a cooperation agreement between the United Nations School Complex in Polkowice and the Brose Sitech sp. z o.o. company took place. The cooperation will support the education of students in the following professions: electrician, IT technician, freight forwarder and advertising technician. 

The cooperation document was signed by Ms. Sylwia Szeliga-Gawronska, school director, and Marcin Wójcik, plant manager Polkowice.
The purpose of this cooperation is primarily to support local education and the professional development of students. Thanks to the agreement, our company will gain access to talented and ambitious students, and the implementation of joint educational projects will bring innovative ideas to Brose Sitech.

As part of the new collaboration, we also created a Brose Sitech chillout zone within the walls of the Polkowice School Complex. The new chillout zone features light, comfortable and modern furniture that provides students with a place to rest and recuperate during an intense school day. This is our company's first initiative as part of the Brose Sitech Group's Employer Branding activities, and its opening was enthusiastically received by the entire school community. In the upcoming months, we plan to implement similar rest areas for students at other partner schools and universities.
