Brose Sitech received first Diamond to the Platinum Statuette of the Polish Business Leader

Polkowice. The Grand Gala of Polish Business Leaders, organized by the Business Centre Club, was held on March 1, 2025, attended by nearly 600 guests from the world of business, politics and media representatives. During the official part of the ceremony, Thomas Spangler, CEO Brose Sitech Group, received the first Diamond to the Platinum Statuette of the Polish Business Leader. The award presented confirms that Brose Sitech has maintained its high market position since winning the Platinum Statuette of the Polish Business Leader in 2024.

Brose Sitech has been recognized with the awarded diamond for the continous investments upgrading the companies capabilities over the past years to prepare for the future. 

In 2021, the company launched a paint shop at the Glogow Plant, which enables compact painting of finished products at the highest level while complying with applicable environmental requirements. In 2022, the expansion of Hall IV in Polkowice began, which was officially opened in November 2024. Thanks to this investment, the plant gained not only additional production space, but also a new office space and a modernized logistics section.

The new servo press in Polkowice, which was officially launched in October 2024, is one of the key investments in the expansion of the machine park to begin production of a new generation of seat frames. The reconstruction and reorganization of the unloading and loading area of the Polkowice paint shop also began in 2023. The benefit for this investment is primarily to relieve employees from hanging and taking off lacquered products (about 10 tons per day).

In addition, the company regularly invests in the machine parks of all its plants and in solutions to improve ergonomics  at work and to ensure the highest standards for customers with latest technologies and processes
