2 May 2025 / 07:05 Polkowice. Effective May 1, 2025, Manuela Böhme has succeeded Kai Feuerherdt on the Brose Sitech Group's Executive Board. Kai Feuerherdt took over the position of Head of Group HR R&D at TRATON at the beginning of May.In her new role as CPMO, she is responsible for Human Resources, Organization, Information Systems, Communication & Marketing as well as Plant Safety, Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection. Her extensive experience, particularly in the transformation and strategic alignment of organizations, will be of great importance in the next phase of the company's development.Manuela Böhme began her professional career at Bombardier Transportation in 2005 after training as a bank clerk and completing her studies at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Wildau (Diploma in Business and Law). She started there as a project manager for a restructuring program and then took on a role as HR officer. She later moved to Bombardier in Brussels in the Compensation & Benefits department and was responsible for setting up a Shared Service Center for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After returning to Germany, she took over responsibility as Head of Human Resources at the company's headquarters in Hennigsdorf near Berlin.In 2013, she moved to Volkswagen and worked there until 2020, including in the management of a personnel service center for technical development and was also responsible for personnel management in quality assurance at Volkswagen AG. In the years 2020-2021, she was responsible for the HR departments Operations, Company Service, Controlling and Strategy at TRATON SE in Munich. Since 2021, she has worked in Group Human Resources Management at Volkswagen AG and was responsible for Management Principles & Cross-Functional Projects until the end of April 2025.Commenting on her new role, Manuela Böhme says: "I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and the trust placed in me as CPMO of the Brose Sitech Group.
