Effective October 1, Dr. Frank Wildschütz assumed the role of Executive Vice President Finance of Brose Sitech GmbH, succeeding Dr. Jochen Rahmfeld, who moved on September 1 to become Managing Director for Finance and Controlling at Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH.After completing technical training as an energy systems electronics technician and earning a degree in economics followed by a doctorate, Frank Wildschütz began his career in investment controlling for the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand. He then held international positions in Group Controlling as well as leadership roles in China and Malaysia, including at FAW-VW and SVW. With over eleven years of international experience and long-standing leadership responsibilities across various Group brands and companies, he has gained extensive expertise in developing and implementing corporate strategies. His responsibilities have ranged from strategic planning and international manufacturing projects to operational management of complex production areas at VW Group Components. Since 2022, he has been responsible for commercial matters at the Poznań Foundry, where he oversees all financial aspects while also managing the quotation process.Commenting on his new role, Frank Wildschütz said: "I look forward to actively shaping the future of the company together with a strong team and excellent products.
