Brose Sitech GmbH again recognized as a “Future Employer”

Wolfsburg. Brose Sitech GmbH has once again been awarded the “Future Employer” seal by the Employers’ Association of the Braunschweig Region e.V. (AGV). This certification confirms the attractiveness of the company’s working conditions and its ongoing commitment to continuously improving its qualities as an employer.

The award is based on a comprehensive certification process that evaluates key areas such as leadership, personnel development, occupational health management, and the promotion of autonomous working. Since its initial certification in 2023, Brose Sitech has further enhanced its offerings in all assessed categories and implemented new measures.
