"Youth Friendly Employer" - 1st place for SITECH Sp. z o.o.
On June 26, 2018, the representatives of SITECH Sp. z o.o. participated in the grand summary of the provincial competition "Youth Friendly Employer".
Within the framework of the competition, employers were evaluated according to 4 criteria:
- compliance with labor law - youth employment,
- compliance with regulations, rules of health and safety at work,
- systemic activity for labor protection,
- additional elements for the vocational preparation of young people.
We are pleased to announce that our company received first place by winning the maximum number of 100 points.
We would like to thank the OHS services, HR department employees and the guardian of young employees at SITECH Sp. z o.o. - Mr. Tadeusz Drogosz for his involvement in the preparation for the competition and his daily work for the benefit of vocational training of the young workers.
This award is for SITECH a confirmation that the company's operating principles are not only at a very high level but also worth following. Constantly developed and introduced changes within the organization of work, ensure the best possible working conditions for employees from various areas of the company, including in particular young workers. The competition jury emphasized that our direction is significantly adapted to the needs of the labor market and the expectations of the socio-economic environment.
